Shipping Timing:

Each order has an estimated delivery average of 1 to 3 days. {teamrubiosshop.com} uses a third-party fulfillment partner to handle and complete each order.

Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. If for some reason you don't receive your product, you may be eligible for a replacement product if you notify us during your return and exchange time period.

PO boxes:  Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. 

Purchases of product through {elfanaticopr.com}  are subject to a currier contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's receipt of package. El Fanatico is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after currier receives package.
